Gedney Farm
Gedney Farm is a wonderful destination for a Berkshire wedding weekend. The farm’s location in the charming “Old Berkshire” village of New Marlborough adds to the farm’s historical atmosphere. The complex of period architecture, with its gambrel slate and cedar roofs, beautiful dormers and cupolas, is truly breathtaking.
The property is comprised of two barns and is surrounded by 37 acres of pastures and high open meadows. The former dairy barn has been converted into guest rooms and suites, many with granite fireplaces and large whirlpool tubs.
The Event Barn can accommodate up to 250 persons for a “sit down” wedding event and has additional space for band and dancing, making it the perfect venue for larger parties. Furthermore, the farm can easily accommodate larger parties in conjunction with a tent, ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Gedney Farm is an ideal destination for a Berkshire wedding weekend, offering a stunning setting, comfortable accommodations and ample space for events. The farm’s commitment to sustainability is also a plus and makes it even more special.
