A Summer Wedding at Chesterwood
Becca and Robby had an amazing wedding at Chesterwood here in the Berkshires last summer. They had me come in and shoot a couple hours of their rehearsal dinner at The Norman Rockwell Museum the night before, and it was amazing! They had their ceremony right down the road from me at her grandparents home, under the same apple tree that her mom and dad were married under! After the ceremony, we all moved down the road to Chesterwood, with cocktails in the lawn and the reception under a sweet tent by Classical Tents. Chesterwood is a beautiful and memorable backdrop for a Berkshires wedding or other special event. Daniel Chester French masterfully combined the elegance of his formal Italianate gardens with the natural rural landscape, creating unique settings and locations for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and dinner parties from small, intimate gatherings to events with up to 500 guests.
