Matthew and Lila’s welcome dinner at Stonover Farm was a picture-perfect start to their wedding celebrations. As their wedding photographer was unavailable to capture the welcome dinner, I had the honor of documenting this special occasion.
The evening began with welcome drinks served beside the duck pond, where guests could catch up before dinner. The relaxed atmosphere set the tone for the evening, and guests were clearly excited for the wedding festivities to come.
The BBQ dinner was held outside next to the barn, with picnic-style seating adding to the casual feel of their event. The menu was simple yet delicious, featuring grilled meats and vegetables, fresh salads, and homemade desserts.
As the sun began to set the couple mingled with their guests, sharing stories and laughter late into the night. Matthew & Lilas’ welcome dinner was the perfect start to what was sure to be a magical wedding weekend, and I was honored to capture the memories for them to treasure for years to come.
