Hey there! So for the last three years, my family has made a trip up to Cape Elizabeth Maine, just south of Portland. This year we went for 5 full days. We stay with our friend Rachel in her families summer home. This house has been in her family since 1907, and it’s totally amazing! There is a lighthouse (Portland Head Light) a few minutes away and the house is situated on top of a 30+ foot cliff wall overlooking the ocean. Our days pretty much consisted of waking up and feeding 13 people, playing board games, eating, walking the rocks or visiting the beach, eating, shopping in Portland, eating, cocktails, playing backgammon, and eating! Nova and Zenith came down with chicken pox on our last day, it made for a pretty stressful drive home. Here are a few photos to check out.
Also, coming soon: More photos from Jamie & Jarett’s wedding at Gedney farm, and I shot a wedding in Boston on Saturdayand they held the reception at the ICA (the Institute of Contemporary Art) and the display in themuseum is by Anish Kapoor, and you HAVE to go see it if you are in Boston. It’s so cool, and completely trippy! (no photos allowed though, so you won’t get a sneak peek from me)
this is Nova checking out a lobster boat
walking the rocks to visit the Portland Head Light
Isabella, Isa, and Nova with their hair blowing in the wind
that’s me flying the coolest trick kite ever!

Quest in a small Lobster pot, not very happy!
